I was recently surprised to discover that my Great Uncle Arty was a musician. I wish I had known this when he was alive. My uncle Jeffrey sent me a cassette of Arty jamming with some friends back in 1979. I cleaned it up, and it’s available to listen below. The tracks labelled “Interlude” are extended talking sections between the musicians. There are some minor issues; Not all of the tracks have clean start and end points, there is some weirdness with the stereo channels, and there is a lot of tape hiss, but considering the age, I think it sounds great. Enjoy!
