On The Workbench

I got some more work done on the Hordes Circle Oroboros faction. The white wolf has had some more shading, and his nose, claws, teeth, and tongue are done. The brown wolf has had a brown wash, a brown midtone airbrush layer, and another wash to bring out the fur and musculature.

The birdman’s wings were covered in silly putty to mask them, while I painted the body brown and washed it with a brown wash. Once dry, I masked the body, and painted the wings and feathered areas grey. You can still see the dark tips that I preshaded on the wings. Finally, I did the cloth sections in a very dark grey, and gave the beak an orange coat. The large wolfman had a brown wash, a brown midtone airbrush layer, and another wash to bring out the fur and musculature. He looks fierce!

Next for all these models, I will paint the armor bits in copper with gold highlights, then do a verdigris wash.
